Writing again... - May 10, 2006

Some of you got to hear a couple of the new Rebellion tunes. Here are the lyrics for "Let Petey In":
he showed us how to play the game/the way it should be played/he left it all out on the field/didn't bitch about how much he made/we loved him and we hated him/but never did we doubt/that petey rose was tryin' to win/until the final out///open up the door, let petey in/his punishment has gone on too long, you know/put charlie hustle in the hall of fame/c'mon mr. selig/and while we're at it, let's make a room for shoeless joe///looking at the game today/where have the heroes gone?/how about one of your lifetime bans/for mcgwire and sosa and bonds/bigots and boozers, wife-beaters and juicers/with numbers you'll let 'em in/but four thousand hits ain't good enough/when you bet on your own team to win///repeat "open up the door...///
